Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. Agreement
By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business whose WhatsApp Business Account you connect.
2. WhatsApp Business Policy compliance
You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta Platform Terms. You must obtain valid opt-in from every recipient before messaging them, honour opt-outs promptly, and never send prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that generate blocks, spam reports, or policy violations.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of the messages you send, the accuracy of your contact lists, the lawful basis for processing your end users' data, and keeping your login credentials and API keys secure.
4. Fees and Meta conversation charges
Subscription fees are billed in advance in INR and are exclusive of GST. Meta's per-conversation charges are passed through from your prepaid wallet at the rates published on our pricing page. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but never expire.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability. Message delivery ultimately depends on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and the recipient's network; we are not liable for delays or failures originating there.
6. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violation, or abuse. On termination we delete workspace data as described in the privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
We own the platform software; you own your content and data. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. WaBridge is an independent software provider and is not endorsed by Meta.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
